OUR VISION

Our vision is that you, alone or with a partner, can gain an expanded understanding of your sexuality. You get the tools you need to go deeper into your own or shared sexuality.

We want to create a festival that has great professional depth based on the sexological color model.

We have brought in teachers who specialize in working with sexuality in a practical way. This gives the participants a deeper understanding than when you just explain it theoretically. When we experience what lives in the body, we will more quickly understand what we need and where our sexual potential is.

Using the sexological color model, we use methods from embodiment, sexology, tantra, yoga, mindfulness and harvest techniques to better understand our sexuality.

We want the participants to develop a conscious relationship with their body and not least to gain more awareness of their partner's body.

Safety and consent are the most important ingredients for a good sex life.

 We hope that the festival's program will make it possible for all of us to be more authentic in our sexuality, more authentic in our sexual relationships with others and not least that we can meet ourselves in our power and sexuality.

1. Confidentiality  

- Do not share your experiences with others. 

2. CONSENT  

- Don't do something that others do not want.  

- Do not do something you do not want. 

- Be clear if others do something that you do not want. 

3. Presence  

- Be present in what is happening.  

- No cellphone should be turned on or used in a workshop.  

-No photography in the workshop rooms.  

- Outdoor photography must be consented to by everyone in the photo.  

4. Communication 

 - Express your wishes without expectation. 

- Respect others' NO 

- You are responsible 

5. Respect others 

 - Respect the boundaries of others 

– Handle your own energy in a respectful way   

6. No food  

- No food or open cups allowed in the workshop room 

- Bottle with water is ok. 

7. NO FULL NUDITY  

- No penetration of genitals 

- Topless is ok 

8. NO DRUGS 

This event is also smoke-, drug- and alcohol-free. All intoxicants will be expelled without refund. The event should be a safe place for everyone.

BOUNDARIES / CONSENT

It is important to respect that everyone has different boundaries.

This means that we ask first for consent.

Your partner and you should agree on what you’re doing.

It’s also important to ask yourself: 

Is this something I really want to do?

Do not agree just because others are doing it. 

Respect your own boundaries!

Important exception:

Full nudity, and penetration,  is not allowed at the festival – not even if someone else should consent.

BRING

WHAT TO WEAR?

During the workshops, we recommend that you wear soft, comfortable clothes that you feel at home in. 

In the evening, feel free to dress up. We welcome spiced-up outfits!

FOOD AT THE FESTIVAL

If you want food, remember to order in advance.

We want high energy and that is why it is important that we are not scattered to all winds when there is food.

We do not have a kitchen on site and cannot take into account many different allergies and diets.

We will serve 1 different vegan dish for each meal. Pay in advance as we prepare food for the number who pre-order.

Menu will be posted closer to the festival date.

If you have not pre-ordered, we cannot offer hot food on site.

Various types of tea, cakes and coffee are sold for which you can tip the payment. You can also pay contact if you have the exact amount as we do not necessarily have bills of exchange.

FESTIVAL PASS

 Remember that you must show your ticket when you arrive at the venue, you will then receive a festival band, which says something about which ticket you have bought. No refunds will be given, but you can sell your ticket, a name change fee of NOK 250 will then be added. If you have sold your ticket, send us an email with who you sold it to

QUEUE SYSTEM

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. If you don't get a place, you can try another workshop!

 Maybe not getting a place will give you a process that was right for you today.

If you want to reserve a place at the temple, you can do this. If it is not sold out, you can use your regular festival ticket to go to the temple. Priority is given to those who have reserved and paid.

We ask everyone to be patient in this process, if the door is closed the workshop is full and underway. Then you have to go to another workshop. The workshop leader can start when the class is full and does not have to wait until the time is there.

INTEGRATION OF THE WORKSHOPS

We have a lot of workshops on the program. Choose the ones you really want to attend. 

Take your time to talk to other participants and integrate your experiences.

The festival can be quite intense. A lot of emotions and feelings might be activated. 

So listen to your body and your intuition. 

Sometimes the best program can be to lie in the grass in the sun and just enjoy!

WE WANT TO HAVE AN INCLUSIVE FESTIVAL

We are an inclusive festival that will, to the best of our ability, make arrangements for participants with different needs.

For that reason, a selection of workshops and lectures will take place outdoors, and will be accessible to people who use wheelchairs or other aids.

In addition, we will have several lectures that treat Tantra from a queer perspective, so that everyone can feel represented and welcome, regardless of gender and sexual identity.

You are most welcome on your own, with a partner, or with your friends! 

We will have a great mix of singles and couples. 

During the festival, you’ll make new friends, so don’t be afraid to come alone.

Is it okay to be a beginner?

Yes absolutely! You are welcome no matter what experience you have.

Is there anything interesting for people who have 10 years of experience with tantra?

There is definitely a lot on the program for those who have a lot of experience. There is no limit to growth, expansion, and learning more about oneself. 

We have workshops for both beginners and more experienced.

To participate in our events there is an 18-year age limit..

IF ANYTHING COMES UP WITHIN ME?

Sometimes, when we have an intense experience, it can awake emotional reactions.

Sometimes, it can be good to go through it on our own. 

But sometimes, we might need support.

In all temples, there will be special assistants, or “angels”.

If you go into an inner process and need someone to talk to or be with, they will take care of you.
